Projects

Throughout my time in my centre, I have successfully planned and executed a range of projects and events aimed at enriching the learning experiences of young children, strengthening family bonds, and promoting community involvement. These experiences were professionally rewarding and deeply fulfilling, as they played a crucial role in impacting the children, family and the community. They have also allowed me to demonstrate my organizational skills, creativity, and ability to bring ideas to life.

K2 Graduation ceremony

For the past two years, I have been privileged to co-lead the K2 graduation ceremony. In 2023, I transitioned into the role of advisor and emcee, offering guidance and assistance to the current K2 team in planning and rehearsing the ceremony for two classes. Additionally, I had the honor of hosting the ceremony.

Sports Day

I spearheaded the planning efforts for Sports Day 2023, as well as taking on the role of the event host for two classes within our centre. To ensure safety and adherence to COVID-19 guidelines, we organized sports days for different class levels on separate days, all held indoors.

To keep parents involved and minimize physical gatherings, we extended invitations via Zoom, allowing them to virtually join and support their children during the event. The children were grouped by colors, and they enthusiastically took part in a range of exciting games and activities. After the fun-filled day, each group of children was delighted to receive certificates of participation as a token of their accomplishments.

Innovation Guidance Project

I collaborated as a co-leader on the Innovation Guidance Project in 2022, alongside my colleague, focusing on K2 children. Our project involved a partnership with KidsSTOP, and together we embarked on the "Everyday Science" initiative, delving into the realms of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).
